New Leopard 40 Makes U.S. Debut

The all-new Leopard 40 power catamaran just made its debut in Fort Lauderdale, with a cruise along the ICW and a then a run over to Bimini. Aquila 32 Sport: Versatile Power Cat

The new Aquila 32 Sport catamaran provides an easy and comfortable platform for enjoying day cruises, water sports, picnics, or just a fun and social time on the water. Catana Unveils New Brand of Power Cats

The Catana Group in France that’s been making sailing catamarans for the past 40 years just announced that they’re starting a new power cat brand, called YOT. They will introduce their first boat, the YOT 36, at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September. A family company, Catana makes Catana and Bali sailing cats in five different yards, three in France and one each in Portugal and Tunisia, with more than 1,300 employees. Silent-Yachts, the innovative Austrian builder, just announced that it will launch its new three-deck 62 solar-electric catamaran at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September. Aquila Launching New 42 Power Cat

Aquila just announced that it will launch its new 42 Yacht Power Catamaran at the Miami show, starting Feb. 15. Xquisite Yachts will launch its new low-profile, well-proportioned 40 Power catamaran at the Miami show, starting Feb. 15. Moorings Adding New 403 Power Cat

The Moorings just announced that the new 403 Power Catamaran will join its charter fleet in the fall. The new 40-footer will have three cabins for up to six guests, with two heads and three showers. VisionF Building Wide-Beamed 60-Foot Cat

VisionF Yachts, the relatively new Turkish builder, just announced that they’re working on a new VisionF60 catamaran, designed in house and built of fiberglass. VisionF was started in 2019 and launched its first boat, the VisionF 80 cat, in November, 2020 with an aluminum hull. The new 60 has the same clean, sporty lines as the original, and carries its 33-foot beam all the way from the bow to the stern, creating supersized living and entertaining spaces on the main deck and even up on the flybridge. Prestige Wins Two Awards in Cannes

Two Prestige Yachts, one a monohull and the other a multihull, won big awards recently in Cannes. Prestige’s X60 monohull won the award for Best Innovation of the Year at the World Yacht Trophies competition, announced at the end of the Cannes Yachting Festival.
