Vicem Offers Restyled 65 Classic in Fiberglass

Vicem, the highly regarded Turkish builder, is reintroducing its restyled and re-engineered 65 Classic yacht, but this time owners have a choice of building it in cold-molded wood (per the 2018 original) or in fiberglass. The company says it has moved to the fiberglass option for a faster build time, as well as for lower maintenance costs. Numarine Launches 3 New Long-Range Cruisers on Same Day

Numarine, the high-end Turkish builder, just had a big day. It launched three of its new 84-feet-long 26XP expedition cruisers in Istanbul, demonstrating the popularity of the model. The company said it now has a total of eight 26XPs out on the water, and three more have been sold and are under construction. Vicem Introduces New Cold-Molded, Long-Range, 22-knot 67 Cruiser

Vicem, the high-end Turkish builder, is starting work on a new long-range, cold-molded, three-stateroom, three-head 67 Cruiser that it will introduce at the Newport International Boat Show in September. The Vicem 67 Cruiser will have twin 600-hp Volvo diesels with a cruising speed of 18 knots and a top speed of 22 knots. The new Vicem 65 IPS Classic, the Turkish-built yacht with classic Down East lines, will have its world debut at the Annapolis powerboat show starting Oct. 11.
