This week at the Newport international Boat Show, Hinckley Yachts of Portsmouth, Rhode Island, introduced their new 41 with triple V10 Mercury outboards. The Doug Zurn design follows on the incredibly successful debut at the 2025 Newport how of the Hinckley 39 with the brand’s first bow-lounge configuration.
The 41 will also have a large bow lounge with seating for six. This space accompanies the outside lounge area in the cockpit and the interior social area in the small salon.
As Hickley’s Director of Marketing Scott Bryant has noted, “Our owners tend to use their boats mostly for day drips and the occasional overnight. Their interest is in having fun relaxing times on the water with family and friends. The three roomy social areas make that possible.”
The 41, like the 39, will have a small cabin down three steps from the salon. This has a V-berth tucked into the bow area under the forward lounge, plus a head and shower. This arrangement will be fine for a couple who want a weekend of longer away from the dock.
The cabin and salon are neatly laid out for inside living and meals. The C-shaped dinette is to port and the galley to starboard. The whole space is full of natural light beaming through the trademark curved Hinckley windows that make the boat recognizable from well across the harbor.
The new 41 will certainly satisfy her owners’ need for traditional elegance, comfort and pleasing social spaces. But it will also meet their “need for speed.” The triple V10s will deliver a top end of 53 knots and a fast-cruising speed of 33 knots. Upgrade to the optional larger engines and 60 knots will make an appearance on the speedo.

Hinckley, which is nearly 100 years old and a iconic American company, is in the business of building heirloom quality yachts that look gorgeous at the end of you dock, have knock-out performance and will remain in fashion for generations to come.
