Argos Nautic Launches New Luxury RIB

Argos Nautic just launched their new, six-passenger, outboard-powered GT14 RIB with the company’s distinct profile. The latest Argos Nautic is 13’ 10’ long and 6’ 10” wide. It was designed by Patrizio Facheris, the North Miami Beach designer who usually works with superyachts. The result is that the new RIB has not only a lot of space for its size but it also has the high-quality feel of a luxury vessel, with lots of leg room and storage space. The GT14 is made for yachts from 70 to 100 feet, but it also can serve as a primary boat, a…

New Semi-Custom Argos Nautic RIB Launches at Lauderdale Show

Argos Nautic will launch its new 396 Yachting RIB at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, starting Oct. 30, and the semi-custom Florida-built tender has room for six adults in its 13-feet, 6-inch hull. The new Argos Nautic is remarkable not only for the number of passengers it can carry in comfort, but also for the number of options that are available for a new owner. Argos Nautic, founded in 2009, builds upscale RIBs as tenders, or sportboats, in a variety of colors, patterns and textures. The new 396 Yachting weighs 925 pounds, so it can be carried on the…

On the new Argos Nautic, the console is offset to starboard, with a full-beam plush seat aft and another on the bow. The RIB was drawn by Facheris Design in Bradenton, Florida, and comes with premium upholstery, a Fusion sound system, teak deck…

New, Prize-Winning RIB that Flies on Two Adjustable Foils

Here’s a first: A flying RIB, or more precisely, a RIB that is able to fly on two foils built into the hull. Developed by SEAir on a Zodiac Pro 5.5 hull, the flying RIB just won the 2017 Innovation Award at the Nautic Paris Boat Show. SEAir has been working for two years to perfect the foils, which are full integrated into the Zodiac’s deep-V, fiberglass hull and move up and down in a shaft, with an adjustable angle of attack. The Zodiac Pro 5.5 is 18 feet long with an 8’4” beam and powered by a Yamaha F115-hp…

New Argos 10-Foot RIB Looks Good, Seats Four

The video below gives a good look at the new Argos Nautic 305 Yachting tender, which manages to both look good and have a lot of room for passengers and gear. Indeed, the company says it seats four, which is remarkable for its size. The new upscale center console rigid inflatable boat has a 5’7″ beam and weighs only 750 pounds, so it’s relatively easy to lift up to a boat deck, to davits on a swim platform or to stow in a larger boat’s garage. With a 40-hp outboard, the boat tops out at 31 knots, and comes on…
