The Coast Guard and NOAA just seized 6,000 pounds of shrimp from a 68-foot commercial fishing boat near the Dry Tortugas Shrimp Sanctuary Preservation Area. They cited the boat, the Ronald E., for fishing inside a national marine sanctuary and for various safety violations.
