Do you have favorite pictures of your boat, with your family or pet on board, having fun? Who doesn’t. Now you have a chance to enter them in the 2018 Summer Photo Contest from Edson Marine, the people who’ve been making high-end marine accessories since 1859, and possibly win a prize.
Edson’s contest last year was a big success, so now it’s holding it again. The contest has three categories: Power, Sail, and Boater’s Best Friend. The catch is that the picture has to show an Edson product. Here are the details:
Power: Picture must show a powerboat and include an Edson product, such as a PowerWheel, PowerKnob or Drink Holder. If someone is holding the catch of the day, the picture will have a better chance of winning.
Sail: Picture must show a sailboat and include an Edson product, such as a Pedestal, Wheel, or Drink Holder. If anyone in the shot is having a good time, the picture will have a better chance of winning.
Boater’s Best Friend: Picture must show a boat with an Edson product and show the owner and the pet enjoying themselves.
Contest winners will get an Edson Hoo-Rag bandana as well as a $50 Edson Gift Certificate. Edson will accept submissions until 5 p.m. EST on Tuesday, Sept. 4, just after Labor Day. Winners will be announced at the Newport International Boat Show on Friday, Sept. 14 at noon.
