Sunreef Launches All-New 70 Power Cat

Sunreef Yachts just launched their new 70 Sunreef Power, which fills the obvious hole between the Sunreef 60 and the Sunreef 80. Like its siblings, the 70, all-new for the 2022 model year, is a luxury catamaran that can be highly customized for each owner.

The 70 Sunreef Power, built in Gdansk, Poland, can hold up to 12 people in five staterooms and crew quarters; the galley can be ordered up or down, depending on the owner’s desires.

The new cat, with an LOA of 69’ 9,” has enormous social areas, inside and out. The foredeck alone spans the yacht’s 37’ 2” beam. You can enter it via a watertight door from the salon and walk into a sunken terrace with a U-shaped sofa on the port side and sun pads to starboard.

Up top, the flybridge houses the upper helm plus a Jacuzzi, a bar, a dining area, enough sun lounges for a crowd, and an opening sun roof in the hardtop. The aft deck has sun lounges, a dining table and sliding glass doors that open wide to the salon, which has panoramic windows all around.

The swim platform can be lowered hydraulically, and the garage is large enough for a tender and a jet ski. If the owner wants, the crew quarters can be located aft and accessed exclusively from the cockpit for privacy.

We don’t have many details yet, but the 70 Sunreef Power can be ordered with twin diesels from 300-hp up to 850-hp each. The standard fuel capacity is 2,113 gallons, but larger tanks holding 3,170 gallons for an extended range are options. Read more:
