Sunseeker, the upscale British builder, just unveiled their new Predator 75 at the big Fort Lauderdale show. The sleek new Predator with a low and dynamic profile is the line’s latest performance cruiser and it’s aimed at the U.S. market. With twin 1,550-hp MAN V12 diesels, it tops out at more than 40 knots.

Owners can choose from four grey hull colors for the Predator 75. The air intake cowlings and exterior handrails are all stainless steel for a cool look. And the luxury yacht comes with 22 LED sidelights and Lumishore underwater lights.

The Predator is meant for luxury entertaining, underway or at the dock. The foredeck has seating and a table, protected by a canopy, close to the windshield. Farther forward is an inviting sun pad with cushions covering two large fridges; you won’t have to worry about running out of ice for your cocktails up there.

The aft deck is a more complete social area, with U-shaped seating around a carbon-fiber, high-low table. There’s the obligatory sun pad aft, but this Predator has a second helm station in the cockpit to give the captain better visibility while docking. The boat also has bow and stern thrusters.

A door slides open and a window drops down to connect the aft deck and the salon. A long entertainment area on the port side has a 55-inch TV and a bar with a fridge. There are sofas on the starboard side, plus two Besenzoni helm seats for comfort. You can dim the overhead lights to control the ambiance. An oversized polished carbon-fiber sun roof opens above the helm.

Below, three cabins, all with en suite heads and showers, hold six people. The full-beam owner’s suite includes a dressing table and a large wardrobe. The galley is down, with Miele appliances, including a full-height fridge and freezer. There’s also a 33-bottle wine cooler, a carbon-fiber breakfast table, and another TV.

Specs.: LOA: 75’8”; Beam: 17’8”; Draft: 6’2”; Disp.: 103,396 lbs.; Fuel: 1,268 gals.; Water: 211 gals.; Power: 2×1,550-hp MAN diesels.
