This fall, Cruisers Yachts, which has been building quality American-style pleasure boats in Oconto, Wisconsin for 71 years, introduced a new flybridge model with the 57 Fly family cruiser. The 57 joins the Cantius 60 Fly as the only other flybridge model in the builder’s line.
The 57 Fly is a three-cabin, twin-head sport cruiser that will make a spacious floating home for a family that enjoys cruising together. A single cabin has been included for a crew member or skipper.
The 57 offers expansive living spaces with a lounge on the fore deck, a large cockpit aft and a lounge and living area on the flybridge. The cockpit’s bulwarks can fold down to expand deck space while aft the swim platform lowers to become a beach-front relaxing area.
The saloon has the inside the steering station, a large seating area and the galley aft where it is convenient to the cockpit.
The builders chose the design theme “Back to Nature in a Tech World” to emphasize their commitment to easy interaction with the natural, watery world around you combined with their famous high-tech, high-quality build process.
The look of the 57, with the large black glazing on the white hull, created in collaboration with superyacht designers Debasto Designs, definitely evokes a speeding marine predator like black and white Orca on the move.
The new design is powered by twin Volvo IPS950s rated at 725-horsepower each, so it will definitely get up and go with the best of them.
The 57 Fly is a handsome addition to the Cruisers line and will make a fast, safe and fun family cruiser that will turn heads in every marina she visits. Read more here.
