Williams Jet Tenders just announced it was upgrading the two largest RIBS in its DieselJet range, and launched one, the 565 model (pictured here) that’s more than 18 feet long, at the Cannes Yachting Festival.

The larger 625 model will be launched soon. They both have a new look and layout with all-new decks optimized to provide more space. The layouts also make it easier and more comfortable to walk around the boats.

Mathew Hornsby, the commercial director of Williams Jet Tenders, says the new models have a host of improvements and upgrades “which not only enhance the performance but also the appearance of the boats.”

Both boats have Williams’ tube design that delivers a stable ride underway. A new helm and console layout include a folding capability for storage, and the upholstery has been reworked to incorporate Williams’ signature DieselJet welded detail. A new molded locker lid on the foredeck has been added; a dedicated anchor locker includes routing for the anchor line when it’s closed.

The transom for both boats also has been remodeled for a cleaner look and to provide a larger swim platform. If you really want to wow your friends, or find your boat at night, you can add a new customized illuminated nameplate for your mothership on the transom.

Williams are made in England. The 625 is 20’ 8” long with a 7’ 11” beam and it can hold 11 people. Top speed is 46 mph with the upgraded Yanmar 230-hp diesel. A 195-hp Yanmar is standard.

The 565 is 18’ 8” long with a 7’ 9” beam and it can hold nine people. Top speed is 44 mph with the 195-hp Yanmar as an upgrade.  A 150-hp Yanmar is standard. Read more:
