Lazzara Yachts new LSX 67 Limited Edition just won two prestigious awards, one for Best Motor Yacht Under 25 Meters, and one for Best Master Cabin Design, at the annual International Yacht and Aviation Awards in Venice.
The awards honored the unique design features of the LSX 67, particularly the full-beam master suite with direct access to the entertainment center and beach club on the aft deck. The company says the LSX 67 is the only yacht in its class to offer such an arrangement. The large master suite offers uninterrupted views outside both port and starboard sides, as well as aft via a full-beam sliding glass door.
Folding down teak balconies on both sides extend the beach club’s social and activity space, creating an expansive aft deck and terraces at water level. The platforms provide easy access to water sports. The open cockpit and transom create a platform for launching jet-skis or a tender. At the other end of the yacht, a lounge on the foredeck is home to a sun pad, U-shaped couch and teak table on a pedestal.
The salon is filled with light from windows all around and an opening, electrically controlled sun roof. Stairs next to the helm lead to the lower deck salon, galley and two guest cabins, the VIP suite in the bow with a double berth and entrance to the guest head, plus another stateroom for a captain or additional guests with over/under bunks.
The Lazzara Limited Edition LSX 67 was designed as “the ultimate sport express yacht,” with its head-turning profile and innovative interior. It features traditional polished stainless steel details and teak railings, plus superyacht-quality finishings and materials.
Lazzara uses carbon fiber in the hull to save weight. Standard power comes from twin 900-hp Volvo IPS1200 pod drives, with a top speed of 32 knots and a cruising speed of 30 knots. Twin 1,000-hp Volvo IPS1350 pod drives are upgrades.
