Italian Style and Luxury in the New Pardo 75 T-Top

The legendary Italian builder Pardo Yachts celebrated its 50th anniversary this year. To mark the milestone, they introduced a new flagship, the Pardo 75 T-Top.

The boat has the builder’s distinctive reverse bow and rounded shape, with sculptured hull chines that run aft to deflect spray. The sheer has a slight reverse curve, another Pardo trademark, that matches up visually with the line of the large T-Top over the cockpit.

As the photo illustrates, the 75 has been created as a true waterfront piazza, with a huge lounge forward, an al fresco dining area in the cockpit and a beachfront area aft with fold-down bulwarks, an open transom, a large back. porch and even a cantilevered swimming platform.

The galley is under the T-Top so whomever is cooking or washing up will be at the heart of social activity. This is a very Italian touch and one that makes one think of fine wine, pasta, exotic cheeses and cheerful chatter, a perfect Pardo picnic.

One the lower level, there are three double cabins with en suite heads. By moving the design up to 75 feet, Pardo has created large and luxurious spaces where family and guests can relax during the day and feel at home at night.  The large hull glazing creates a lot of natural light.

For day trips, the 75 will easily fit a dozen family members and friends without feeling crowded. While cruising, three couples will find they have plenty of individual space and lots of places to either socialize or not.

A crew’s cabin has been shoehorned into the fore peak with its own private entrance, so crew and guests can have their privacy.

The 75 comes standard with three –that’s right three—Volvo Penta D13 IPS 1050 engines, which can be upgraded to D13 1350s. The 75 will have a top speed of 33 knots and an efficient cruising speed of 24 knots.

The new flagship is the epitome of the Pardo ethos, with classic modern styling, wide open indoor-outdoor spaces and a huge dollop of Italian luxury. In recent years, the Pardo line has gained an avid following in the U.S. and it is easy to see why. Read more here.
