The Spanish builder De Antonio has carved out a special and innovative niche in the performance cruiser market. With futuristic styling, sumptuous living spaces and performance that blows your hair back, the range checks a lot of buyers’ boxes.
The new 60 pushes the brands existing envelop right to the edge without sacrificing that special De Antonio DNA. The 60 comes standard with four Mercury Verado outboard that will deliver sped in the mid forties.
But, you can opt for four 600-horsepower Verados –a whopping 2,400 horses—that will get you in the 50-knot range. This a really going radical.
The 60 has all of what you’d expect from the builder. The four engines are neatly hidden under the cockpit’s aft platform where they are out of sight and will run with a very low decibel level.
There is a large dinghy garage aft of the cockpit, too, that has a huge folding lid and an ingenious mounting system, and forward, there is a huge sunbed on the cabin top and under it there is a large jacuzzi accessed again by another flip up lid.
The accommodations below are luxurious with two large double cabin with en suite heads. The master cabin is amidships and uses most of the 60’s beam. The VIP guest cabin is forward of the galley. Crew quarters are tucked into the fore peak.
At around $3 million, this quad outboard, lux performance cruiser is a very special new entry in this rarified segment of the market.
